Thor's Gear is owned and operated solely by Paul Dunn
AKA Thorgeir Ingvarsson. Getting my start in the SCA
some 24 years ago, In 1998 I started to look for
something a little more historical for myself. A good
friend of mine got me started into Living History. So after
2 years of research I tried jumping in with both feet in
Feb. 2000.Much to my frustrations not a lot was out
there to purchase. That was when fate brought about my
meeting with Ryan Jones; an ancient and medieval
history student at the University of Calgary. Together we
started making all of our own kit. Now years later with
the moral support of friends and fellow enthusiasts, I
now bring my wares to you. In hopes that others will not
be discouraged from this great hobby.
